Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Makeup Artist in Gdańsk to create personalised customer experiences through makeup expertise and creativity, while supporting special events and visual merchandising standards. Makeup qualifications and relevant customer-facing experience are preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome. The role is temporary and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspiring and personalised in-store customer experience, combining creativity and makeup expertise.
- Contribute to a high-performing team that achieves its goals by organising special events and maintaining visual merchandising standards that stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup diploma or certification and/or previous customer service and makeup service experience is preferred; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work during mall opening hours, including evenings, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with store operating systems is preferred.
- Candidates must hold documents authorising residence and work in Poland when invited to interview.
