As a highly skilled Make-Up Artist, the successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for personalized, in-store customer experiences that educate and delight. The role encompasses providing inspirational beauty consultations, collaborating with high-performing teams to create impactful in-store events, and maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards. While formal certification in makeup artistry or prior retail beauty experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with demonstrated creative and technical aptitude at any level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty consultations and makeup applications to customers
- Create engaging in-store events and campaigns as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the retail environment
- Educate customers on prestige beauty products and application techniques
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software

Skills
Experience
