Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Istanbul, Turkey. Part-time temporary role combining makeup artistry and customer service expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service that educates and delights throughout the shopping journey
- Participate in and execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the Sephora boutique from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store performance targets and objectives
- Support inventory management and product knowledge maintenance
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong technical and creative expertise in makeup application
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Turkey
