Role & Responsibilities
- Expertly operate complex manufacturing machinery via HMI interfaces, ensuring precise control over production parameters
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance and equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity
- Diagnose and differentiate between mechanical and electrical failures, implementing sustainable solutions to minimize operational downtime
- Manage work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation using CMMS software (IBM Maximo)
- Maintain adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and participate in EH&S and BBS initiatives to sustain a zero-incident work environment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards to maintain product integrity and audit readiness
- Identify, own, and execute line-side improvement projects to reduce scrap and prevent deviations from production targets
- Support diverse business areas with flexibility and demonstrate excellent attendance reliability
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating HMI interfaces and manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance and equipment changeovers
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms, preferably IBM Maximo
- Knowledge of LOTO procedures and workplace safety protocols
- Understanding of cGMP and GDP standards in regulated manufacturing environments
