The Legal Intern joins the EUKEM Legal Team, reports to a Senior Legal Counsel and supports legal and administrative work, including research, document drafting and case preparation. The internship provides practical exposure to legal projects, meetings and department operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing projects.
- Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, contracts, and memoranda.
- Organize and manage case files, records, and legal documents while maintaining confidentiality.
- Compile case-related information, including client background and supporting documentation, to assist with case preparation.
- Attend meetings to gain practical exposure and contribute to discussions.
- Ensure compliance with department guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Hold an LLM/Master 2 in Law or currently attend Bar School as a lawyer trainee.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with competition law, distribution law, digital law, and data privacy regulations.
- Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
