Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end artwork creation, review, and approval processes in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and external partner organizations
- Maintain and track packaging artwork lifecycle and documentation in appropriate labeling repositories
- Implement and maintain artwork-related change controls
- Create and maintain label rationalization strategy
- Create label artworks for Traditional Chinese products worldwide with emphasis on China market, including size standardization and label artwork template preparation
- Provide necessary label master data for relevant Chinese markets
- Streamline and automate the label creation process with active participation in system development, evaluation, and implementation
- Ensure artwork consistency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory guidelines including CSAR compliance
- Set up, manage, and archive accurate artwork files for distribution to stakeholders
- Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and formats as required
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs teams to obtain and align on accurate label content
- Collaborate with Chinese regional teams to align label creation timelines with product launch schedules
- Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure label specifications support timely order processing
- Manage external vendor relationships by supplying approved artwork and overseeing final proofing for accuracy
- Identify and propose process improvements to introduce greater automation and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related discipline
