Role & Responsibilities
- Create and edit label artworks based on provided specifications and input requirements
- Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts, formats, and regulatory standards
- Develop, maintain, and update procedures, protocols, and work instructions for VAS operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards, deadlines, and quality benchmarks
- Ensure all artwork is consistent, accurate, and compliant with VAS and Regulatory guidelines
- Establish, manage, and archive accurate artwork files and distribute to relevant departments
- Serve as liaison between Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, and VAS Operations teams
- Generate process documentation, statistical reports, and performance metrics
- Support and optimize label creation workflows and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including LEAN methodologies
- Execute daily tasks within the Value-Added Services function
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Graphic Design or Bachelor's degree in Arts with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the graphic and printing sector
- Proficiency in knowledge of graphic and printing requirements within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical capabilities and capacity to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality output in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Fluent Chinese language skills (speaking and writing); advanced English proficiency is preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); RegOne knowledge is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP, Business Objects reporting tools, and Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage
