Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in operating a prestige beauty retail location. The role combines front-line retail leadership with operational responsibilities, including coaching sales associates to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service while meeting sales and service targets. The Keyholder will manage cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures on a rotating basis, requiring strong retail fundamentals and supervisory instincts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and model desired behaviors to the sales team
- Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation for opening and closing procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring operational efficiency
- Achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Desirable: Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
- Desirable: Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Right to work authorization in the United States

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Previous supervisory or team lead experience is desirable but not essential for candidates seeking their first leadership role.
