Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in operational and staffing matters
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage start and end of day procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis as assigned
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and sales techniques
- Assist in achieving all sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with previous supervisory or key holder experience preferred.
Education
