Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service delivery
- Lead sales team members through coaching and mentoring, modeling the behaviors required to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Achieve sales and customer service targets alongside the broader team
- Execute cash reconciliation procedures at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, performing all necessary operational procedures
- Maintain retail operations standards and assist with inventory management
- Manage point-of-sale system operations and transactions
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty products
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail operations experience, including reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience involving coaching and mentoring
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems is required.
