Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Keyholder at North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA. Hourly position combining supervisory leadership with retail store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Perform opening and closing duties on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security procedures
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Model and reinforce the brand's values and customer service standards throughout the team
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in compliance with brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to obtain and provide proof of right to live and work in the United States
