Estée Lauder Companies is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Orlando, FL. Lead retail operations and coach sales teams in prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model desired customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established protocols
- Lead by example, demonstrating inspirational and authentic customer service delivery
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of store operations
- Manage retail operations and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is beneficial.
