Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct cash reconciliation and handle point-of-sale operations at shift start and end
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Model desired behaviors and performance standards to drive sales and customer service target achievement
- Lead the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment during days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others is desirable. Previous retail operations experience with cash handling and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
