The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic and inspirational Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations at The Cosmetics Company Stores. This supervisory role leverages outstanding coaching and mentoring abilities to lead by example, modeling the behaviors required for the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets. The Keyholder manages essential cash reconciliation at the start and end of each shift and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis. Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct cash reconciliation and handle point-of-sale operations at shift start and end
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Model desired behaviors and performance standards to drive sales and customer service target achievement
- Lead the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment during days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others is desirable. Previous retail operations experience with cash handling and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
Education
