Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Keyholder in Los Angeles to support store operations, lead sales teams, and provide exceptional customer service in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth, efficient running of the store
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to store schedule
- Model and reinforce the behaviors and standards required to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Provide coaching to team members to support their professional development and performance improvement
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Experience with cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures
- Ability to work flexibly across retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Prior experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is valued.
