Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Keyholder at Tanger Outlet in Foley, AL. Lead retail operations with coaching, cash handling, and customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and register management
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and staff coordination
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate cash handling throughout shifts
- Lead by example, modelling the behaviors and standards expected of the sales team
- Assist in maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable. Experience with opening and closing store procedures and cash management is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail certifications or training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.25 to USD 21.75 per hour.
