Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and staff leadership
- Manage cash handling duties including opening and closing store cash reconciliation on a rota basis
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and service objectives
- Lead by example, demonstrating professional behaviors and commitment to customer excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures is advantageous.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; retail or customer service certifications may be considered an asset.
