Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations. This supervisory role emphasizes coaching and mentoring sales staff to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and service targets. The Keyholder will handle cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, blending retail acumen with operational expertise to drive excellence in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and sales techniques
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and team management
- Perform cash reconciliation and handle daily cash management procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and compliance
- Drive sales and customer service targets through team leadership and coaching
- Maintain retail standards and visual merchandising in the store
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
