A part-time Key Holder position supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Estée Lauder Companies' Wrentham Village location, responsible for coaching and mentoring sales staff to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service. This role encompasses cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures, and operational excellence across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding supervisory capabilities, retail acumen, and strong point-of-sale proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets while modeling exemplary customer-facing behaviors
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
- Supervise sales activities and enforce brand standards to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
- Maintain compliance with retail point-of-sale systems and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
