Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious, self-starting Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Woodburn cosmetics retail location. The successful candidate will leverage outstanding coaching and mentoring capabilities to lead by example, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at the start and end of each shift, store opening and closing on a rotational basis, and supporting daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team through example, demonstrating the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and customer service targets
- Perform cash reconciliation procedures at the start and close of each shift, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling protocols
- Open and close the store on a scheduled rotational basis, including security procedures and store readiness protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient day-to-day operations of the retail location
- Maintain retail floor standards and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and reconciliation experience desirable
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities desirable
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory or lead experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Cash reconciliation and store opening/closing experience is advantageous.
