A dynamic Key Holder role supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of an Estée Lauder Companies prestige beauty retail location. The successful candidate will lead the sales team through coaching and mentoring, modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and ensuring achievement of sales and service targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, store opening and closing operations on a rotating basis, and maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modeling behaviors that deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the overall management and efficient operation of the retail location
- Conduct cash reconciliation and financial reconciliation procedures at the start and end of operational shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and security protocols
- Achieve and exceed all assigned sales and customer service targets in collaboration with the team
- Maintain point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Uphold the brand's standards for customer experience, product knowledge, and retail excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail supervisory experience is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate solid retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or prestige beauty sectors, with evidence of successful customer service delivery and team mentoring.
Education
