Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service. The role combines supervisory responsibility with cash handling and store operations, including opening and closing duties on a rostered basis. The successful candidate will leverage coaching and mentoring expertise to lead the sales team in delivering inspirational, personalized service while achieving sales and customer service targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and management
- Lead by example, demonstrating and coaching the sales team on company behaviors and customer service standards
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rostered basis, including cash reconciliation and register management
- Mentor and coach sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales performance
- Manage retail point-of-sale operations and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring skills
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Previous retail experience with demonstrated supervisory capability; retail operations and cash handling experience preferred.
Education
