A dynamic supervisory role supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in a prestige beauty retail environment. The Key Holder will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, store opening and closing operations, and modeling the customer service behaviors expected across the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform cash reconciliation and balance at start and end of day
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Model exemplary sales and customer service behaviors to the team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail operations experience including store opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty sector. Supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
