Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and handle point-of-sale operations
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rotating basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational and sales-related matters
