Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder in Tucson, AZ—a part-time supervisory role in prestige beauty retail leading sales teams and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and sales techniques
- Execute opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash handling and point-of-sale system operations
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve individual and store sales targets
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in line with brand standards
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operational oversight and staff supervision
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
- Supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty retail, with prior supervisory or lead experience in a retail setting being desirable. Demonstrated capability in cash handling, opening/closing store procedures, and coaching team members to meet sales and service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail certifications or training programs are beneficial.
