Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by modeling exemplary behaviors and standards of customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and register balancing
- Coach team members to achieve sales targets and customer service objectives through inspirational and authentic engagement
- Perform cash handling duties including start-of-day and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain retail store standards and operational procedures
- Manage team scheduling and floor coverage to optimize customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Strong cash handling and retail operations experience including opening and closing procedures
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff toward sales and customer service targets. Previous retail operations experience including cash handling and store opening/closing procedures is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.
