Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder in Tilton, NH to lead retail operations and mentor sales teams in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members by modeling desired behaviors and coaching them to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to clientele
- Execute essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation and banking procedures
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, including security protocols and systems management
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining smooth, efficient daily operations
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail. Previous supervisory or lead experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is highly desirable. Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures, is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or supervisory certifications are a plus but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tilton, New Hampshire, USA, with easy access to Manchester.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
