Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support store management in ensuring efficient daily operations at a prestige beauty retail location in Sunbury, Ohio. The successful candidate will lead by example through outstanding coaching and mentoring, delivering inspirational and personalized customer service while meeting all sales targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, store opening and closing duties on a rotational basis, and modeling exemplary behaviors for the sales team. This part-time supervisory role represents an entry point into retail management for an ambitious, self-starter with proven retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and service standards expected of the team
- Conduct cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation at start and end of day
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Maintain store standards and visual presentation
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proven cash handling and bank reconciliation experience
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proven experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
Education
Not specified; typical high school diploma or equivalent expected for retail supervisory role.
