Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and service standards expected of the team
- Conduct cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation at start and end of day
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations

- Proven experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software

Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
