The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, models personalized customer service, helps the sales team meet targets, reconciles cash and opens and closes the store on a rota basis. This part-time role at The Cosmetics Company Store in Tanger Outlets, Sevierville, offers an anticipated hourly range of $17.63–$29.38, with the exact rate depending on experience, skills, education and budget; it is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets.
- Complete start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
