Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model exceptional customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overall store operations and efficiency
- Conduct start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation and handle cash management duties
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to company procedures
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors expected of the sales team
- Assist in training and development of team members in retail operations and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve sales targets (desirable)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Supervisory or lead experience is desirable but not essential. Experience with retail operations, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale systems is valued.
Education
