Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver personalized and authentic customer service
- Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform cash reconciliation and handle point-of-sale operations at shift opening and closing
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis and ensure smooth store operations

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience that includes coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures, and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
