A supervisory retail position supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at a prestige cosmetics outlet. The Key Holder leads the sales team through coaching and mentoring, ensures smooth daily operations, manages cash reconciliation, and opens/closes the store on a rotating basis. Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors required to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Execute opening and closing store procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient daily store operations
- Assist in driving sales performance and meeting departmental targets
- Maintain retail operations standards, including point-of-sale procedures and cash handling protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
