Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and strategic execution
- Lead and mentor sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and financial accountability
- Model selling behaviors and service standards expected of the sales team
