The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations, sales-floor coaching, cash reconciliation, and opening and closing duties on a rotating schedule. The role is full-time and requires previous retail experience; supervisory experience is desirable. Anticipated base salary is $17.63–$29.38, depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform opening and closing cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
