Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations and performance targets
- Coach and mentor the sales team using demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, modeling exemplary customer service behaviors
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis in compliance with company procedures
- Drive sales and customer service targets through inspirational, authentic, and personalized engagement
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts, maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy
- Assist in training and development of sales associates to achieve performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to work authorization in the country of employment
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty is required. Previous supervisory or lead experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets, is desirable. Familiarity with cash handling and retail operations procedures is preferred.
Education
No formal education requirements specified; however, retail certifications or training programs are viewed favorably.
