Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational matters to ensure smooth store functioning
- Lead and mentor the sales team through modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching techniques
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation and secure store operations
- Drive sales performance and customer service excellence to achieve team targets and KPIs
- Manage point-of-sale operations and retail cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special promotional events
- Maintain retail standards, merchandising compliance, and store presentation
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Flexibility to work varied retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Eligibility to work in the United States with ability to provide proof of right to work
Skills
Experience
