Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to demonstrate exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Perform cash reconciliation and point-of-sale reconciliation at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and operational protocols
- Model behaviors that reflect the company's commitment to inspirational and personalized customer service
- Maintain retail operations standards and assist in achieving customer service objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty

- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is desirable
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable but not essential. Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and store operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected; specific post-secondary qualifications are not mandated.
