Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and service targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and reconciliation processes at start and end of shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to operational schedule
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and customer service standards to guide sales team performance
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations and team efficiency
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and associated transaction processing
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor inventory and stock levels throughout the retail space
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring other sales team members to achieve targets is desirable. Experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is valued.
