Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets through team leadership and coaching
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale management
- Model inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service behaviors to guide sales team performance
- Mentor and coach retail team members to develop sales and customer service capabilities
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reconciliation with accuracy and accountability
- Maintain retail operations standards and ensure compliance with company policies in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience with a track record of mentoring others toward sales and service targets
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to work in the United States with ability to provide proof of employment eligibility
