A part-time Key Holder position supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service delivery. The role encompasses coaching and mentoring sales team members to provide inspirational, personalized service while meeting sales targets, alongside responsibility for cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
  • Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets through coaching and modeling exemplary behaviors
  • Execute daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Open and close the store on a rotating schedule, including security protocols and end-of-day procedures
  • Maintain store standards and visual merchandising compliance throughout shifts
  • Train team members on product knowledge, customer service protocols, and sales techniques

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
  • Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Cash handling experience and familiarity with retail operations including store opening and closing procedures
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
