Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and customer service delivery
- Lead and coach sales team members by example, modeling required behaviors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation and point-of-sale reconciliation at start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, managing security and operational procedures
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales performance
- Supervise team members during assigned shifts to maintain service standards and achieve targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience or team-leading roles involving coaching and mentoring are desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is valued.
