Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the store
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring security and compliance with operational procedures
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and customer service standards for team members
- Assist in training and developing sales associates to meet performance objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets (desirable)
- Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. While not essential, prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others, as well as experience with retail operations and cash reconciliation, is highly desirable.
Education
