Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable but not essential.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Passion and energy for delivering inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
