Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder at The Cosmetics Company Store in Wembley, London to support store management and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct start and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy and integrity
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to scheduling requirements
- Model and enforce the behaviors and service standards expected of the sales team
- Achieve and exceed all assigned sales and customer service targets
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and retail operations efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store procedures
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics. Supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with comfort managing retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
