Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to schedule
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors to drive team performance and maintain brand standards
- Assist in managing retail operations and maintaining point-of-sale system functionality
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail experience preferably within cosmetics or beauty; supervisory or team leadership experience with responsibility for coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable; experience with retail point-of-sale systems required.
