Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to model brand behaviors and deliver personalized, authentic customer service aligned with sales and service targets
- Execute opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining store efficiency, merchandising standards, and compliance
- Coach team members to achieve sales performance and customer satisfaction objectives
- Perform essential start and end of day cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale software proficiency
- Ability to obtain and provide proof of right to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty; previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable; retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
