Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales associates by demonstrating professional behaviors and authentic, personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day cash reconciliation and register balancing
- Supervise point-of-sale operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail operations
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications
