Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support store management in ensuring efficient daily operations at a prestige beauty retail location. The successful candidate will lead by example, providing inspirational and personalized customer service while coaching the sales team to achieve all sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at store opening and closing on a rotational basis, along with supervisory oversight to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and financial reconciliation procedures at store opening and closing
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and customer service standards for the sales team
- Oversee retail point-of-sale operations and transactions
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to scheduling requirements
- Maintain store presentation and operational standards
- Achieve and support achievement of sales and customer service targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience that includes coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; high school diploma or equivalent is customary for this level of retail supervisory role.
