Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational aspects of store management
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors and values that align with brand standards and customer service excellence
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute daily cash reconciliation and handle cash management procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to scheduled shifts
- Monitor and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets within the team
- Maintain store standards and compliance with operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to provide proof of right to work in the country
- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. While not essential, experience in retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is advantageous.
