Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Model behaviors and lead by example to achieve all sales and customer service targets
- Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Maintain retail standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve sales targets (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software (desirable)
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics. Prior supervisory experience or retail operations background is desirable but not essential for ambitious self-starters.
Education
