Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by example, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage point-of-sale operations at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and security protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales associates to develop their skills and drive performance
- Manage retail operations and ensure efficient store functioning during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience within cosmetics or prestige beauty is required; prior supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems and comfort with flexible scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business-related education is not required but may be advantageous.
